TATRA Service Plus™
This is an above-standard service provided by TATRA TRUCKS a.s. to save you money and time. TATRA trucks are reliable, durable and easy to maintain. However, when they do need servicing, downtime will be kept to a minimum with TATRA Service PlusTM.
Benefits for the customer
- Exclusive care when servicing vehicles,
- Repair coordination with the production plant,
- Express spare part delivery service,
- Toll-free customer telephone assistance when a problem occurs – an operator can find the nearest repair shop, contact it and arrange the sending of a service vehicle; he/she can also, for example, arrange for alternative transport or accommodation for the driver.
The TATRA Service PlusTM user obtains a card for the vehicle in question after activating this service, which he/she subsequently presents at authorized repair shops. The service is active for the warranty period of the vehicle.
How to obtain TATRA Service PlusTM
The service is activated:
- on the basis of a contract on cooperation,
- through special offers on selected versions.
Other services such as a mobility guarantee can be activated within TATRA Service PlusTM.
The card holder must service vehicles only in authorized repair shops and must present the valid card for the vehicle for which he/she wants the benefits when using the TATRA Service PlusTM services.
