TATRA Customer Centre
On 1 March 2010 TATRA, a. s. opened its Customer Centre with the goal of improving services for customers and TATRA vehicle users. The Customer Centre offers pre-sale and post-sale services under one roof and our staff can thus quickly and professionally repair a vehicle or help you resolve any technical questions.
The TATRA, a. s. Customer Centre in Kopřivnice is a modern multipurpose centre for customers and representatives of authorized dealers and servicing centres.
The Customer Centre consists of:
- Truck service – servicing centre
- Service School
- Warranty Service Department
- Service Technology Department
Opening hours:
Customer Centre 7:00am – 15:00pm, Monday – Friday
Truck service 7:00am – 4:00pm, Monday – Friday (Saturdays according to customer needs)

The Customer Centre is located outside the TATRA factory at Gate No.2, in the direction towards Kopřivnice Industrial Park.
